Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat until it shimmers. Season each Wellsley FarmsⓇ No Antibiotics Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast with 1 tablespoon Wellsley FarmsⓇ Taco Seasoning on both sides. Cook in the hot oil for 8 minutes per side, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 160°F (71°C). Transfer chicken breasts to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting into ¾-inch cubes. Keep warm and set aside.
