Step 1

Fry the mince and onion for 3-4 minutes to brown. Stir in the chilli powder, and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the tomatoes, beans and stock, and cook gently for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes, or until tender. Then drain, stir into the chilli and season. Transfer to an ovenproof serving dish, sprinkle with the cheese and place under a preheated grill for 2-3 minutes until golden.
