For a classic espresso martini, put vodka, freshly brewed coffee, Tia Maria, clear honey and a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake hard to ensure a frothy finish. Strain once, then strain again into 2 coupe or martini glasses. Top each with 3 coffee beans, if liked.
