Step 1

Cook the pork according to pack instructions. Meanwhile, peel the cucumber into thin ribbons, then toss with a pinch of salt and sugar and a dash of white wine, cider or rice vinegar

Toss the slaw mix with its dressing. When the pork slices are ready, cut them into shorter lengths.

Step 3

Heat the steamed buns according to pack instructions, then fill with the pork, slaw and folded ribbons of pickled cucumber, serving any leftover cucumber on the side.
