Step 1

Squeeze 200ml juice from the oranges (about 4), then cut 2 slices from the remaining orange and cut into half-moons. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the gin, Cointreau, marmalade and blush orange juice. Shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds until the shaker is very cold (you may have to do this in 2 batches). Strain into 4 glasses and garnish each with an orange slice.
