Crack eggs into a bowl and mix

In a saute pan on medium-heat, add butter and canola oil to a pan and once mildly heated, add eggs.

Quickly fold and remove when eggs are half-done (soft-scramble).

Retrieve from the pan. Plate and top with strawberries.
