Step 1

Pour amaretto, brandy and double cream into a cocktail shaker and add a handful of ice. If you like sweeter drinks, you can also add sugar syrup. Shake well and strain into 2 martini glasses.

To garnish, cut a small slit in two chunks of No.1 Italian Nougat with Almond & Hazelnut and perch on the side of each glass.
