Step 1

Mix all the spices together. Use ¾ of this blend to season chicken breasts.

In a pan on medium heat, add olive oil and saute onion and garlic. Add peppers and parcook, ~3 minutes. Set aside.

In the same pan, add olive oil and cook the chicken for 10 minutes. Then, add sausage and cook for 5 minutes.

Add veggies and remaining spice blend and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve warm alongside warmed tortillas.
