Step 1

Add the brown sugar and cinnamon to the espresso and whisk until the sugar and cinnamon dissolve completely. Let the espresso come to room temperature, or place it in the refrigerator. You do not want the espresso to be hot.

Next, add the apple cider ice cubes, espresso, and oat milk to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a glass and top with whipped cream. Top the whipped cream with a pinch of maple sugar and a drizzle of maple syrup

Tips and Warnings

  • If you don’t have time to make apple cider cubes, use ½ cup of apple cider and 1 cup of regular ice cubes. It still tastes delicious!
  • The more espresso you use, the stronger it will be.
