Step by Step

Step 1

Add the strawberries and coco real to a blender and blend until completely smooth.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into a glass and add the Malibu rum. Whisk the ingredients together.

Step 3

Add ice and top with soda water and a fresh strawberry. Option to top with a dollop of whipped cream.

Tips and Warnings

I only recommend using Coco Real syrup for this cocktail. If you try to use canned coconut milk it will solidify once it is mixed with ice, which gives an off-putting texture and appearance.
