Step 1

Spoon the sugar and Himalayan pink salt onto a small plate. Rub a wedge of lime along the rim of a margarita glass and dip into the sugar and salt. Shake the Waitrose Manzanilla Sherry, triple sec or Cointreau and lime juice into an ice-filled shaker. Strain into the glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
