Step 1

Make the simple syrup: In a small pot, combine the water, sugar, strawberries, and basil. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat and cook until the strawberries are mushy, about 8 minutes. Strain into a liquid measuring cup, discarding the solids, and let cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.

Step 2

Fill a glass pitcher halfway with ice, then add the strawberry simple syrup, lemon juice, and water and stir to combine.

Step 3

Divide the lemonade between serving glasses filled with ice, leaving 2 inches of space at the top. Top each glass with sparkling water. Garnish with strawberries, lemon wheels, and basil leaves. Drop about 3 strawberry SKITTLES® into each glass. Skewer a few SKITTLES® Gummy onto each straw for serving.
