Step 1

Combine the peaches, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries in a serving pitcher. Add the wine and rum. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. (The flavors get better as they stand.)

Step 2

To serve, fill glasses with ice. Pour the sangria over the ice and top with the Italian soda. Garnish with the mint.
