Step 1

First, preheat oven to 350ºF then spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

Place the bananas on the bottom of the dish and use a fork to mash them. Then, add in the rest of the wet ingredients and mix to combine.

Step 3

Add the dry ingredients and mix again.

Step 4

Wipe the sides of your casserole dish to clean things up and then add your favorite toppings. We're giving measurements for what we used in the 4 quadrants, but you can use whatever your heart desires.

Step 5

Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked in the middle. Remove from oven and let cool.*

Tips and Warnings

  • Turn this recipe into baked oatmeal cups by using a muffin tin. Fill each muffin around 3/4 of the way full and bake at 350ºF for about 18-20 minutes.
